Shaq's team.....Marion is overated Nash and Stoudemire make him and the rest of the Suns look good. Yao isnt a dominating force yet in the NBA, he needs to work on his strength to compete w/ people like shaq.

The first team.

Your Guards: Kobe and Nash win out because they're better in the clutch. Wade is tough also (minus the recent shoulder thing), but McGrady not as much. He's too streaky to keep up with Kobe, for example.

Your Forwards: Marion and Stoudemire win out because they're from the same team (same goes for the combo with Nash). Garnett is the man, but Lebron would be a liability for him. Lebron gets overwhelmed by the other talent - he closes up with too many stars around.

Your Centers: Yao. Period. I remember in his first game against Shaq, he got whooped. Shaq walked all over him like he was an Asian midget, even though Yao is taller. Yao didn't have the strength and didn't have the experience. But now that Shaq is definitely over the age hump, Yao would get the upper hand especially on defense.

Would be a close game, if played competitively.
Score: 98-90.

Hard to say who will win given that they are all superstars.
I think I would go with the Nash and Kobe group because
of team chemistry. Look at that line-up with Nash, Marion
and Stoudemire. They belong to one team thus they already
have built in chemistry among them and Kobe's type of play
can be easily incorporated into the style of play with the three
Suns players. That would leave Yao whether he can adjust
to the style of play, Phoenix style.

But look at the team chemistry of the other group. Wade and
Shaq are teammates but the other three are not and they
don't belong to the same conference unlike the Nash and Kobe
group that all belong to the same Western Conference thus
they are all familiar with each others style.

The Wade and Shaq group consists of ball hogs. All five of them
needs the ball in order to be effective. On the Nash and Kobe
group, Kobe and Yao are the ball hoggers but Kobe can defer
his ball hogging if he has to leaving Yao as the only ball hog.
Now with Nash running the point, Kobe, Marion and Stoudemire
running the fast break, that would be a killer to the Wade and
Shaq group.

Another thing, T-Mac is the only good three point shooter on that
group, while Nash, Kobe and Marion can hit it from long range.
Yao can hit his mid-range jumpers forcing Shaq to step outside
the paint allowing Kobe, Marion and Stoudemire to drive to the
basket. Shaq depends so much on his teammates to his hit
their three point shots when he is double teamed but who will
shot from the outside on Shaq's team? Since T-Mac will be
properly covered by Kobe, the job is on Wade and Lebron to
hit their three's but they are not good three point shooters. Both
of them are slashers and that is how they get most of their points
especially Wade.

The Wade and Shaq group is more of a half court set group
with Shaq and Garnett posting up thus points comes in very
slow. On a fast break, even on a four on four situation, with
Shaq and Yao left behind, the Wade group would be killed by
the Nash group who are tremendous finishers and three point
shooters. Shaq is the bottle neck on the fast break whether it
is his team on the fast break or the Nash team on the break.

With regards to defense, all ten players play defense except for
Nash who is a weak defender but that can be covered up since
Kobe is the better defender than T-Mac thus on defense, the two
teams are equal. And Yao can hold his own with the old Shaq
right now.

Too bad he dislocated his shoulder and might be out for the whole season or six weeks.Shaq is starting to play more agressive since Wade's been gone.He made 31 points yesterday in a game vs Detroit Pistons.
Steve nash is clearly the best player on Suns.

Nash's team because he can pass the ball very well. He can get like 40 assists in the game. And Kobe is too good to be stoped.
