I always thought men already knew this.but its never a bad time to say.
When people say women do not really care about penis size, it is partially true. A long penis can hurt a woman, for touching the opening of her uterus.
The inside of the vagina has no nerve endings, so you could penetrate a woman up to the mouth of her stomach if you could and she'd feel nothing there.
only the 'first 5 centimetres (2 inches)' of the vagina have nerve endings that provoke pleasure, and a small penis can certainly reach that far. What women preffer on a man is girth...the tickness of it, as a thick penis will causem ore friction against those sensitive first 5 cm.
So if you feel self conscious because of a woman's reaction, dont. Most women will not mind if you find other ways to give them more pleasure.
If it is for your own self-esteem, then i do not know how you can get out of that thought, other than possibly accepting the above cited fact as something to boost your confidence.

Try using a pump. I have lots of friends who have had some success with these devices. Just make sure you use a penis skin moisturizer while doing so or you will wind up with some irritated penis skin. This is painful, inconvenient and embarrassing. Man1 Man Oil is a good creme. You can find it online. Hope this helps.

No pain no gain. If you want to do it the easy no brainier way go to a plastic surgeon. PE does work but it's a lengthy process. I have been pumping for 6 months and have already gained an extra inch and a half. I'm about to do a sesh right now.
