Note to Rob T (first answerer)...I have seven of the top 25 pitchers. Matsuzaka would be nice, but who would I trade for him?

Yeah my hitting kind of sucks but my average OPS (one of the categories in my league) is around .8 so I'm hoping I'll be able to win maybe ave and ops

I'm sorry, but your team isn't that spectacular. Try making trades, and get at least 3 people in the top 100

WOW! Pitching staff is Phenomenal. and your batting line-up well its OK and here's why. La Roche is a good first baseman and he is going to be one of Pittsburg's Big hitters this year. So HR's will be his thing i think he will hit at least 30. not bad! Burke is playing OF this year but probably still listed as a 2B. which will be a steal because he will have a good year and i think he will be a top 5 second baseman while playing the OF. Chavez not a great season last yea which is why i think he will come through this season and show the Oakland A's why they signed him for 7 years. i think he hits 300 and 30-40 hrs. Peralta, Rios and Mathews all good average hitters. and expect at least 25- 30 HRs from each of these. Peralta started fast last year and then slowed in the dog days of summer. however he heated up at the end of the season so expect a more steady year from him. Mathews is the big question mark. after the allegations of steroid use he might go into a hole and cry or he might do what he did last year. who knows with this steroid thing. and rios what a great young talent who is only going to keep getting better. youkillis good ob%. avg. and RBI. he plays in one of the smallest parks and this will benefit him. Overbay will be a 25 - 30 hr guy and he hits doubles like they were going outta style. I'm not going to talk about pitching because the names talk for them.

Youve got a decent-average team, with a good pitching staff. Johan Santana, Chris Carpenter (both won Cy Young within past 2 seasons) are great, Jeremy Bonderman is a good pitcher, and Mariano Rivera, the guy speaks for himself.

Your team stinks. You drafted two starting pitcher (Santana and Carpenter) with your first 2 picks and Rivera with a top 5 pick. Your offense is terrible. You will be at the top of your league in pitching catagories but your offense is horrible.

ops helps if u have some high ob% sluggers, u dont. pick up ensberg for that cat..he will come cheap and be alot better then chavez for ops. Nice pitching but that is only half the game, and u will prob end up close to last in hrs and rbis. Now if it s week by week instead of routo u night have a chance.

Good Pitching, awful hitting. You've got an awesome bullpen and good starters, but your offense will kill you. No one had over 30 homers, only 3 had over .300 ba's and some aren't even everyday players. Chavez and Peralta greatly underachieved last season. Better hope they step up or look to make some trades. Good Luck

I hope your league has more pitching categories than hitting or you suck. WOW. You don't HAVE ONE OFFENSIVE PLAYER that was taken within the first 8 or 9 rounds of our 12 team draft. BRUTAL. Get trading and teams know you havce needs. Wow. Brutal.

Sounds like your team is going to lose 1-0 almost all of the games. Great pitching, but no batting.

your offense has some serious problems. i mean cmmon, chris burke?? if you were going to go so pitching heavy, you should have used the first pick on at least one 1st round offensive player. unless your league has more pitching categories than offensive ones, you are in serious trouble. i suggest you start trading a couple of your arms away for some hitters.

Your hitting is horrible whil your pitching is great, but you can't win a league with pitching. Trade to get hitting.
