I had to drain all the water out because it's a 125 gallon...now that I have filled it back up and put my fish back in it...my bala shark died and my ghost knife is swimming upside down. What should I do now???

did you put a water treatment in it after changing water but before returning fish? if not, time to buy new fish!!

These may seem silly but even the best aquarium keepers make mistakes sometimes.

Is the temperature ok?
Did you dechorinate the water?
Could there have been a big pH shock?

It sounds like the problem hit very suddenly and shortly after returning the fish to the tank. These problems are usually shock related so anything that can cause the fish to be shocked is suspect.

well if you put them in brand new water you didnt give it time to adjust is why they are dying. When you move a tank its always a good idea to save at least 25 percent of the water in a clean bucket and refill the tank with that after moving it. Just hope they more sturdy ones are able to handle it or you may lose them all, sorry.

You have to cycle your tank again. Test the water and do a 50% water change. I am betting your ammonia levels are way high.
