Why would you wear sandals with pantyhose? That's not stylish and a little weird. If your trying for the smoothness, buy some footless spanx.

Honestly, you should be wearing pantyhose with any open toed shoe! It is a huge fashion faux pa... its not a good look and I don't recommend that anyone do it.
