You can be in love with more than one person at the same time, but by loving more than a single person at a time means that you do not love someone completely and are not completely in love with them. If you love someone completely your love is only for that person and that love fulfills all of your needs.

there are different kinds of love. There is a certain love for the love you have for your friend, the love you have for a parent, and the love you have for a lover. I think you can love more than one person, but the love is not equal. That you love one more than you love the other. Just think about the two people you love, and think about whether you love the same equally. Like, which one would you jump in front of a bullet for, which one would you spend $1,000 on an airplane ticket just to visit them for a month, which one are you willing to marry and raise a child with, and if you had to pick between the two, which one would you choose.
If you think to yourself that you dont want to spend a lot of money on these people, marry, raise children, or die for, than you're not truely in love with them, you just share a connection with that person.

That is a tough one. When your in love with someone, it is a connection between two people, not three. I think that your feeling infatuation. You might like the way you feel around them, or the way they are, but are you in love with that person? Take some time and think about it, because love will always be one of the biggest puzzles around. Do you love who they are, what they stand for, their character? Can you see yourself living without being with them. Even for just one minute. Instead of thinking of yourself with them. Think about how you would feel without them. You will probably discover a lot by just doing that.

O YEA!!! I am in love with more than one person at the same time, and i can tell you its wonderful!!! It think that capability is called "poliamoria"- to be in love with more than one person at the same time!!! I am always in love with more than one person at the same time and i can tell you that it it realy great!
But, that comes with a big problem for a person with that specific capability: you don't know whom do you love more! But when you realise that, everything becomes ok!

With true love there is no room for anyone else because you are all comsummed with feelings for the ONE you love. You can certainly be in lust with more than one person at a time and a lot of people confuse physical attraction for love.

Its quite possible to love more than one person! But if you're IN love its probably a matter of being overwhelmed and thrilled by the novelty.
If those two people are a couple then you take the whole thing TWICE as slow as you normally would.
Remember, love's not worth S*&T if respect isn't there...for them or yourself.

Do you eat pizza every day? How about chicken wings and beer? I like or love many foods, many sports, many hobbies, many cars but you can only drive, eat or play one at a time but that doesn't prevent you from loving more than one of them. The only thing to stop that is to eat chicken wings and pizza at the same time, now granted that is possible but driving two cars at once, playing two sports at once and loving two women at once is if not impossible then pretty difficult to do. So can you love two or more at one time, well of course you can, but remember the amount of love given to one may not equal the amount of love given to another, that is just how love works. In secret I love fish and chips more than the other two, but don't tell the pizza or wing guys.

Of course. Love is not confined to one person at a time. The more Love you give, the more you have to give. You may have the ability to love many people at once. This is why love itself is often not the deciding factor by which one decides to marry one person instead of another.

I think so because you can get different needs met by different people. The intensity of the love may be different at times.
