I just came out to some close friends after moving to a new place and would really like to meet the guy of my dreams. Any suggestions on where to start?

Don't worry about it so much. I found my partner of 7 years the day after I decided to stop looking, not sure how that worked, but then he had already decided to stop looking also.
I would suggest trying to build strong friendships. It's been my experience that friends last a lot longer than bfs, and there is, unfortunately, no website to find the perfect man.

Take it slow, and don't get discouraged. It may take you a while to find the guy of your dreams. In my own experiences and those of my friends, it seems the harder you look the harder it will to find the kind of guy you'll be compatible with for a relationship.
There are a lot of places to meet guys. Since you have just came out, one of the best places to meet people would be a gay bar. You may or may not find someone your compatible with, but it will give you a place to meet people and observe others. Going to a gay bar will allow you to make friends and then move on to attempting to meet guys.
Don't be eager to leap into a relationship. Start slow, make some friends first. If you take it slow, you'll avoid the drama and heartache that will come from relationships you jumped into without thinking.

College...everyone is away from parents and old friends, coming out and ready for relationships.

Well, if you're looking for a date online, there's Gay FriendFinder. You can go to www.friendfinder.com and they list all the variations of their site (Italian FriendFinder, German FriendFinder, etc.) I know there's one for gays and lesbians.

If you are into the furry scene, many furs are gay/bi and are always looking for relationships.
(furs = animation, art, etc fans..... not hairy people)
