Spirituality, in a narrow sense, concerns itself with matters of the spirit. Like some forms of religion, spirituality often focuses on personal experience. Spirituality matters with the soul.
Philosophy is a discipline concerned with the questions of what is the best way to live, what sorts of things ultimately exist and what are their essential natures, what is to count as genuine knowledge, and what are the correct principles of reasoning (logic).
So philosophy is a practise which deals with earthly but not materialistic thoughts and spirituality deals with life after death, godliness, spiritual things.

Spirituality is religion, knowlege that has been given to you and that most people have accepted without a doubt, philosophy is trying to get to the truth of things, having a more indepth understanding of the world. Philosophy an very open minded subject.
