Yes...and it changes things mainly for the worse. I usually have a bit more trouble sleeping than usual the night before and then the day of...
Not to mention, I get hungry, even for me. And I end up wanting *salty* foods or *Meat*. It's like one of the few times of the month that things like pepperoni on a pizza or dried meats (like your Slim Jims) end up having an appeal to me.
And I just feel odd and out of sorts the whole day. I suspect the day is at the *lowest end* of my personal rhythms.

Well, if the moon can control the tides of the oceans I imagine it can control the fluids in our bodies and our hormones so I expect it does affect our moods

yes. And everyone else's. I used to bartend and there's nothing anyone can say to convince me otherwise. every full moon that bar turned weird.
