Its simply because the two activities are also totally different.
After masturbation you feel guilt b'coz you think its wrong but after proper sex you feel releifed b'coz there is someone else involved in that.

Hello,
Masturbation is one form of "proper" sex. Don't let others decide for you what you feel is morally correct or incorrect. If by "proper" sex you mean vaginal intercourse, that's only one form of achieving and giving sexual pleasure. None are "wrong" unless they're forced onto an unwilling partner or child (legally wrong in both cases). Homosexual activity is also not "wrong" though some religions say so (incluidng the Catholic church, home of so many child abusing priests, and fundamentalist Protestant sects, home of so many child abusing ministers). So, YOU choose what you feel morally and spiritually and physically comfortable with. There is no need for guilt in sex unless you're doing something illegal or against YOUR OWN moral beliefs.
Now, to answer your question. The answer is simple. Masturbation involves only you and your body, while intercourse involves another person. The method of stimulation of the genitals differs in these two situations, therefore the physical sensations resulting from them will also be different. That's really all there is to it. Good luck.

though there is not a "much difference" in the physical sensation, as there is no sense of intimate sharing between the two -
masturbation is felt, just as a vent for a persons sexual urge and proper sex gives the sense of accomplishment & sharing the best in you.
