Dang there are a lot of Disney movies so I'll just pick Pixar. I would have to say, Cars because it's so nice and teaches all of us a lesson.

Fantasia .. hands down.
Then ... I like the Studio Ghibli Efforts:
Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, and Castle in the Sky (as well as My Neighbor Totoro).
After that .. The Black Cauldron, Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, and Finding Nemo.
