I recenlty went to Argentina, Uruguay and Chile this past summer and i was shocked to see that most of the people in those countries are white. They didn't look like the latinos i see in the US which are mainly Mexicans.

In those parts of the countires there weren't as much natives as Mexico had. Most of them either died of disease or they intermixed. Mexico intermixed too but there were alot more natives hence the darker look from people from Mexico. So then the population was really small. Obiviosly countires need people so they got immigration from Europe. Infact, those countires are more whiter than the U.S.(not much blacks or aisans live there). Sometimes it bugs me when people in the U.S. think hispanics are tanned skinned with dark eyes and hair.

Because they are not mexicans. Their decendents are varied and from Germany, Italy, Spain, not all Italians are dark either. Lots of Blonds. Look at Giselle the model from Brazil, blond hair blue eyes. Just because their skin is a certain color doesn't mean they aren't from that country, it is you who is a racist.

Most people in Argentina are of Italian or Spanish ancestry. Most of the people you've seen in the US are like me, of mixed Native and European ancestry. That's where the difference lies.

I think between the 40's to the 60' there was a mass migration of Europeans to south America due to unsuitableness of their governments. I guess they were the beaners of Europe, LOL.

slave dealer white Spaniards, white portugese, Italian etc conquered the native brown/red people
and forced tens of millions of Blacks out of Afrika/Asia/South Pacific
there around 60 million Afro Brazilians in Brazil who are considered Black in amerikkka/America even
though they are mixed........................................................
