Yes there are lots of versions of Djurdjevdan out there.
Djurdjevdan is ST GEORGE'S DAY in Serbian. The Roma version is called EDERLEZI. Bregovic did versions in both languages. And by searching Ederlezi you will find versions by much more artists...


Bregovic wrote the lyrics to Djurdjevdan to a traditional Roma tune. The first version was for BIJELO DUGME and is found on the Ćiribiribela album
