Pirating software.
Administrator looking at user's personal files\email
Stealing HTML from someone's site / using pictures w/o permission

Is that good enough?

Dealing with these two conflicting forces:

Bosses who insist on using Microsoft products completely and thoroughly.
vs
Staff that want to use more secure and flexible (non-Microsoft) products like Firefox, Thunderbird and OpenOffice.

What do you do?

Do you toe the bosses' line and risk all the security holes and extra hard work of hunting down nasties?
Do you let the staff use what they want and play innocent?
Do you let the staff use what they want and teach them how to make it look like the Microsoft versions using tweaks and themes?
Do you make a report and try to convince your bosses to embrace open-source by using the "many eyes miss little" or other theories?
Do you monitor the staff and rat out the people trying to bend office policy?

What do you do?

As suggested pirating or infringing on copy rights is good. Another thing about IT is that admins have access to privileged information about users, when auditing the networks they have the capability to capture all sorts of information. This may be Social Security or credit card numbers other data that is kept on file or just happens to be traveling through network.
