I wish I could say otherwise, but in my opinion, no, capsules do not work as effectively. I say this in part due to my own personal experience, but also because of research I've read in various places which say that the capsule forms lose vital components which are an inherent part of the liquid.
It is logical in a way: generally the less processed a food is, the better it is for you.
I recommend you use whole leaf aloe extract. Be *certain* it is organic and more than 99% aloe! I know of some people in extreme cases you used it daily for several months with great results, but I generally use it for a maximum of 10 days at a stretch if things are not going well (usually I feel better after the first two doses though).
With Diverticulitis, Leaky Gut and other kinds of enteritis though, there are many things to try to prevent flare ups and problems and heal up when things go awry. I strongly suggest you find an alternative practitioner to help you and give you specific recommendations.

Try papaya enzyme..
It is chewable and tastes better... Aloe Vera is soothing but it feels like a mouthful of something you really don't want a mouthful of...
It is slimy.
In Asian Markets, they sell something in a little package that looks like a Capri Sun Juice bag. It has sweetened Aloe with nicer consistency it is sold as a dessert.
It is just called aloe and you eat it really cold out of the fridge in the summer. It is delicious and has actual hunks of the plant in the gel. The natural stuff is not very pleasant.

aloe vera is good to calm an irritated stomach, however it is not meant for digestion. What I would look at is a natural product called PhytoBioForte Super. The simple fact is that most digestive problems are directly caused by incomplete digestion of the food we eat.Get the details at www.dna911.info This product provides the necessary enzymes to balance your digestive system.

Thank you for bringing this up. The reason you mentioned is exactly why I don't like to use this illustration, because it fits Modalism more closely than Trinitarianism. There are much better illustrations that Trinitarians can use to talk about the Trinity, but all of them are ultimately inadequate for describing God. "I prefer the analogy of: a man-he is one person, however he is three different things in that one person. He could be a father, a son, and a friend. Three different 'labels' yet one single person. All three may do different things but the man is still the same man." Don't you think that you run into EXACTLY the same problem as you do with the water illustration? This STILL implies that God is only one person.
