You can start having tender breasts any time. The morning sickness usually kicks in after the 5th week. Mine started in week 7. Some people are lucky and don't get morning sickness. Start a healthy diet now. Don't consume more than 300mgs of caffeine a day.
Judging by the fact your period was due 2 days ago, you are considered 4 weeks pregnant.

It really differs with everyone. I didn't realize I was pregnant- my husband actually knew before me because my chest size had become larger; a sign that you're pregnant. I hadn't put two and two together at that time but I had also been very sick at various times throughout the day. This occured within the first 6 weeks of being pregnant.

The first signs you might have include breast soreness, fatigue and as I'm sure you've heard, morning sickness. Morning sickness can last throughout the day however.

Hopefully you'll slip by without these symptoms! Congrats to you! Have a happy pregnancy!!!

Every woman is different. I felt pregnant before I even took the pregnancy test, which I didn't take until a week after my period was due. But some woman don't get symptoms until weeks or even months after they find out. And some woman don't get any symptons at all. Like I said, every woman is different.

Other than the missed period, you may never have symptoms.

For me, the morning sickness began around 5 weeks consistently, but I'd just have periods of... "ugh I feel gross"... before that. It wasn't nearly as strong until around week 5, and then I was an absolute joy to be around until about 30 weeks.

If you don't get the nausea, be happy. Really, I'll envy you forever.

some people have signs a week after conceiving while others have no signs of pregnancy until they start to get the belly.

If you're not getting morning sickness, heart burn, insane cravings just consider yourself lucky!

Best of luck with your pregnancy!
