Doctors heal people all the time
People on trips can also see lots of strange things
And freezing things is easy, ice is frozen water.

I have never heard of anyone being able to "freeze" anything but some people do have the power to heal and see " ghosts" or "spirits" check out these websites about a man named Edgar Cayce.

NOPE...There are people who volunteer or pay huge sums of money to be cryogenic-ally frozen when they die. They do this mostly when they have succombed to a deadly disease and hope to be "un-frozen" in the future when there is a cure. However no person or thing has ever been "un-frozen" and lived yet...I'm not sure if that answers your question but as far as the dragons and ghosts thing I think your friend full of kaka....

Water freezes when it expands, meaning that freezing will lyse (and dry out if there's air) many of the cells, most likely killing a multicelled organism. You can freeze to preserve but not to reanimate - not over a long time, anyways.

I can't believe you're even asking this question. You must be really young. But the demo answer was really good. Bet he can't do anything that remotely pertains to what he claims.
