I replaced both catridges on 7310 all in one and now i can't copy anything. I can receive faxes and ink is ok. is this problem a cartridge or is my all in one shot?? It is not hooked to my computer.

*IF* you can PRINT Faxes, but NOT COPY anything,then your ink cartridges are okay. The trouble lies in the copy circuitry since you said it wasn't connected to a computer.

Make sure that the defalt is on the printer.

try running the cleaning cycle then install it on ur pc
