Astrology is not real. Many believe in it. They can do that. Belief does not influence reality. Reality influences belief. They see coincidences or patterns that are not there. They see other people proclaiming something. Adolf Hitler is quoted as saying, "If you tell a big enough lie often enough, then people will believe it." I know that it's considered bad taste to quote a bad guy. BUT...he knew this particular area of people's nature. It worked as history records.

Yes, it is real. Those who don't believe in it haven't read what all goes into it. Also those who don't believe in it are quite predictable when the forces they don't believe in are influencing their behavior. Watch people in traffic when the moon is in taurus every month.
