I download it straight from MSN.com and it works fine the first time i use it, but as soon as i sign off and close i can never open it back up. I try and it says that a problem has occured and it cannot open and taht i should send a report to microsoft. So i deleted it and tried again and the same thing happened again! I dont know wat to do.

This is a common error message.
All I can suggest you do is keep repeated loging on. Keep trying.
If after five attempts and no luck, I suggest you contact Msn technicians for help here: http://www.msn.com
Sadly it could be a connection problem however your Internet seems to be running fine.
