I assume a shot with a needle, by a doctor. No, it is not really that painful, and it does not take long. If your foot gets sore, he will probably tell you too use ice packs. Do not worry.
I do not know if you mean shot, with needle by doctor or shot with a gun. The gun will hurt, and maybe kill you.

you'll be walking like a pimp in need of a cane and it will hurt burn and sting, shoulder it could result in not being able to move your arm sometimes but most likely you can still use your arm but you need rehab.
