Sorry sweetie, but at the moment of conception the sex is already determined, you can not change it.

There isn't any specific food or food group that determines the sex of a baby. It is determined from conception. Sorry hon, it's just a "wait and see" thing for now until she's far enough along to have an ultrasound. Then maybe they can see what the baby is if he/she is in the right position. Good luck and I hope that you get what you want.

Food has nothing to do with the gender of a baby. Your father's sperm determined the sex of the child from the moment conception occurred. So, if it's a little girl, blame your dad. However, if you have a little sister, there are advantages. You will be able to defend her and teach her about boy stuff. In turn, when you get older, she can help you with girl stuff.

Sorry Josh. If your Mom's already pregnant, the baby's sex is already determined. That happens at the point called conception.
It can't be changed by anything your Mom does.

i think it is so sweet that you want a brother and you are happy about the pregnancy!
Unfortunatly like others have said, the gender is pretty much determined already and you will just have to wait and see if your going to have a little brother or little sister. I'm sure you are the kind of person that could love a brother or sister equally! :)
congratulations to your family

Well if she is now pregnant it is alread determined wether it is a boy or girl, just make sure she eats good food. No junk food, no pop or chips, no fast food. And make sure she gets plenty of rest.
