The same temperature can sometimes feel warmer and sometimes feel colder. The more brightly the sun is shining the warmer it feels and also if there's little or no wind it feels warmer.

In cold conditions the drier the air the warmer it feels but in hot conditions the more humid the air the hotter it feels.

So you see, a lot depends on the conditions. If it's calm and sunny then 67 is a very pleasant temperature but if it's raining and a strong wind is blowing it will feel cold. You really need to wait until Monday and see what the weather is like.

Also, your legs lose less heat than your upper body and don't feel the cold as much, that's why it makes sense to put on a thick jumper in the cold more than a thick pair of trousers.

This totally depends on where you live... Schools in the north ban shorts through the winter months until the end of march. However, 67 degrees is warm for me, I'd be wearing shorts. I wore shorts the other day and it was in the 20's, so you may not want my advice haha...

For a Floridian, yes its too cold. I would never wear shorts when its in the 70's eaither. Only when its in the mid 80's. It actually depends on what kind of temperature you are use to up where you live

From experience:

No if your a canadian traveling mid winter to Australia, but yes for the Aussies.

After spending a year in Aus, and missing a canadian winter, and returning in the spring, at 67 you must wear everything you own, and still will be cold.

67 degrees? You're fine. As long as you don't stand still and there is a lot of wind. Wind is one of the few things that rob you of body heat very quickly. If you at least walk around, there is sun, and there is little wind, you'll be fine. Your body heat constitution will also be a factor. If I were you, I would just wear pants anyway.

It relies upon on what you're used to. to illustrate, sixty seven deg F in summer time is chilly yet in Fall or iciness is fairly warmth. ( It also relies upon on the position you're because Florida and Southern California might want to replace the classic higher. ) i might want to say you would possibly want to positioned on shorts besides the undeniable fact that that is no longer compelling that you benefit this. it is also basic sense now to not positioned on shorts if the elements can turn chillier in the course of the time you're wearing them.

Those look like cool-weather shorts to me. Wear 'em! The only problem might be if it is windy. If you're like me and there's a wind chill factor, your legs will be all white and goose-bumply.

Otherwise, looks good!

Yeah, that's pretty cold. I would start wearing shorts if it is hotter than 75 degrees F.
