I have two bars of Toblerone chocolate. I really want to gobble them up, but then I will have to do like five hundred sit-ups to burn them off. Shall I indulge? Or shall I abstain?

Hey im gonna be honest with you im not gonna say eat or dont eat the chocolate but why sit-ups of all the excersizes dont do situps that wont help secondly portion the chocolate out over a short period of time like two or three squares a day and just go on a short walk around the neighborhood or maybe a little 10 minute slow jog it completely out does situps.

I am a choco holic so I would eat them, but since u are obviously concerned about physical weight or health. I would do my sit ups first and then eat a little bit of chocolate that way you can have your weight and eat it too. You burn calories at least 2 hrs after excercise so go for it. Plus chocolate has amino-acid which is good for you.

Enjoy the candy by eating a half at a time tonight. half tomorrow , you know spread the treat out, and maybe you won't have to do so many sit ups at once.

25 years old or younger indulge, older than 25 eat them while you exercise.

if you don't want to work it off that much then only eat one of them and only do a little bit of sit ups that's what I would do.
