you get it off with a lot of buffing..... you may try to scrape it off with a razor or box cutter then buff ... if not a tile with a lacquer a sanding after scrape then buff to gloss the tile. you could try methylated spirits or even turps.

I think you should use a scrapper,call someone to help you, or use glue remover to get the carpet removed.

Try spraying it with WD40 to loosen it, then scrape it off. Then just wipe it up.

Use hot soapy water let it soak a few minutes . then scrap it up.
