first i would make sure everyone from my house or where ever the fire is, is safe and out of the place, and on my way out i would for sure grab all the photo albums and pictures of my family i could, you can almost replace everything else like furniture and stuff you cant replace old pictures of family.

Assuming my bf and dog are outside and safe, I would grab the safe (as heavy as it is) from the bedroom that contains all important papers and photos and jewellery in it.

i have a dog and 2 cats.. I would attempt to save them all. cats are smart and small so I'd concentrate on my giant dog first i guess.
