She's old enough for the Yo Baby brand of yogurt. It's organic and is made especially for babies. They sell it at Wal-mart in with all the other brands of yogurt. Just give her a few bites at a time. Watch for a milk allergy. If it doesn't seem to agree with her, wait till she's 12 months and try it again. Good luck!

I think your best bet is to ask your pediatrician but just from going by my own children I would say wait until she is drinking milk. My kids started drinking milk when they were 11 months old but I think a lot people wait until a year to give milk. Just be careful and watch for any allergic reactions the first time you try yogurt.

With my past experiences, 9 months would be a great time to start. If for some reason she spits it back up or doesn't take to it then try waiting a few more months so that her stomach can mature more to solid foods.

You could try a little now, and of course watch her for any allergic reaction.
Good luck.

I think she'll be fine, try the YoBaby brand they have many flavors. I started my son even younger then that and he loves his yogurt.
