How to beat Hydra...?

In Kingdom Hearts Two, I can't figure out how to beat Hydra. I keep doing the Phil One-Two, but it doesn't work! Can someone help?

After you do what Phil says [Get on the Hydra's back!] you have to get off and start fighting the heads, as this knocks them out, but you have to be quick or they'll come to, in which case, you'll have to do the Phil thing again.

Hop on the hydra's back and whoop it that way. It'll keep knocking you off, you just need to hop back on.

Use your reaction commands and make sure you get on it's back.
