Hi cleosmaster123,

Hold the tape with the long end that goes in the machine first facing you. On the left end about 1/4 inch back in the middle is a little square peg. Push it in and lift up on the bar that is facing you.

Hold the bar up and rotate the geared recesses on the bottom.

That should free it.

The cassette is broken inside, you will have take it apart an find the broken part and replace it with a part from another one. This is a tedious job but it can be done, I have done it in the past.
