Hi!, I have had this happen to me many times, and it can be quite scary. I've found it happens the most/worst in winter. Apparently it has something to do with getting out of a hot shower, into cold air/stepping on cold tiles. Your body has to quickly adjust and somehow this makes you dizzy.

I recommend putting a heater on in your bathroom, lowering the tempature of your shower (soo hard to do, i know!) or just stepping onto a bathmat and wrapping yourself in your towel A.S.A.P!

Hope this helped

Make sure your getting enough water but light headedness can be a symptom of many things so try looking up your symptoms on webMD its a pretty good site. I would suggest that you see your doctor just to rule out anything serious.

Have your doctor check your iron level. Low iron in blood also means lower oxygen in blood, which causes constant light headiness.

maybe your body doesn't react well to drastic temperature changes.
