Here is a website that you can enter your information~
http://www.teach-nology.com/web_tools/lesson_plan/

Also, this is a pre-k site that one of my friend's use for her class:
http://www.preschoolbystormie.com/stormieform.htm
http://www.preschoolrainbow.org/
http://www.everythingpreschool.com/

Mostly, you need to consider:
(1)Where are your students going?

(2)How are they going to get there?

(3)How will you know when they've arrived?

The lesson plan should contain goals, objectives, materials, a detail of the lesson, closure, follow up activities, resources, and assessments.

There may be but it is very easy. If you don't have a lesson plan book you need to draw squares for each period and number of days.
Now take the hours you are in classes and in each block write down what you want to do this will include potty breaks, breaks for snack and lunch. Ok you do opening exercise: date, weather, Have a poster with a calendar and one of the students puts up the date. Repeat Today is etc Then a poster for weather: clouds rain umbrella etc that another child does.
That goes into the first block. Next math, etc
This will really help you to plan your week.
Great age to work with. Have fun.

Writing a lesson plan is fairly simple. Remember the word, tape.
1. Type of lesson
2. Aim
3. Process/Procedure
4. Evaluate

In more details it looks like this.

1. Type of lesson: Are you introducing a concept, reviewing, evaluating, story telling? The type of lesson will dictate the process or procedure.

2. Aim: What do you want your students to be able to do? Child will be able to write their first name on the line, using extra thick penicil.

3. Process/Procedure: What are the steps you will take to bring the students to the space where they can do what you want them to be able to do?

4. Evaluate: How will you judge whether or not you have achieved your objectives/goals?
