My daughter is nine months old. We have been testing 2 new foods per week (one new food every three days). We are running out of foods to try! I heard somewhere spinach was not ok for infants. Can't find anything about it on the web. Will probably ask the pediatrician at our appointment next week. Thanks!

It would be nice if the people answering would read the fact that the baby is nine months.

I gave my son spinach and he was fine. I do know it is a heavier food so not too much or too often especially at first.

How old is the baby? Five months for food.
Remember that you add each food and wait three days to see if there is a reaction.
