my ipod was acting up so i reset it to factory settings
since i reset it it wont let me put music on it
and when i plug it in my computer and itunes doesnt register it
what could the problem be and how do i fix it?

well the only thing that's happened to mine is it froze and wouldn't turn off or do anything so i held in the menu button and the middle button and it went off. but if you go to this website it has pretty much every question you could have about your ipod. http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/

Well, try holding the middle buttom and the menu button on the ipod at the same time until the ipod turns off. Then try again. Try restarting your computer. Also try plugging the ipod into the computer and clicking "restore." That should fix any normal ipod problems. You could also try going to apple.com and going to "support." The website can sometimes help, I like getting things in person, so if none of these things help, I would recomend going to the apple store, and asking someone, the genius bar has fixed all my problems. I have an 30gb iPod vidoe, I and when i go to devices, i just click on manually manage everything
