Depends on how you use that 9 inches. If you don't have the right moves , then you could be 10 inches and not satisfy her. It takes more than inches .

It sounds like you don’t know how to use it!
Try experimenting with your hands to make those nine inches feel good. Once you master that you'll know how to satisfy a woman.
And I don’t mean just plain ole jacking it, try using two hands, hand switching, using your hips, double twist with both hands, use your imagination and act on it.
I say only a guy knows how to please a guy! So ask one of your male friends…

Of course, it's not how big it is, it's how you use it, besides a women can only feel the first 3-5 inches anyway.
