Questions for Window Blinds users?

It was working fine for about a week and a half... Now every time I open Firefox it going up and down. The Firefox anyways. IE doesn't do it. Any suggestions or reasoning why?

I had problems with window blinds too.. itd work for awhile then quit.. i found no solution, so i just didnt use it..

However in firefox, if there is a themes option, try putting it onto windows default insted of something fancy, and see if it works.
