I use Verizon wireless and their store printed out my bill and gave it to my ex who is not on the account. Is this legal? What should I do? My address is on there along with account info and phone number.

Verizon is a company that is very concerned about the privacy of their customers, however security depends upon who you talk to when you call them. Sounds to me like your ex has pulled the wool over some employees eyes that was not thinking straight that day. You should go personally and speak to a manager of Verizon and find out how she was able to do this and go from there. If she has your personal info she can also fool employees from other businesses that you deal with - food for thought.

Verizon is pretty bad about things like that. I used to call and get all kinds of info about his account. They never even asked me for his SSN or anything!!!

No it's not and I would suggest the person who did it lose their job for something as stupid and shady as that!

Verizon is terrible for doing things like that...

Switch companies!

No, that isn't legal at all. You need to go see an attorney right away. I also suggest you see about a restraining order RIGHT NOW.
