How do I get rid of frame rate count when watching video?

I have an ATI graphics chip for my laptop and I installed the latest omega drivers for them. Whenever I watch video, like winTV I get the frame rate count in the top right corner. It's great that i get 30 frames per second, but I don't need to see it there all the time. I have ATI tray tools and not sure where to turn this function off.
