The Grudge (1) was a remake of a Japanese film called Ju-on: The Grudge.
The remake had a sequel - The grudge 2, while the Japanese film also had a sequel - full title Ju-on: The Grudge 2, with a third film due next year.
Is it possible that you were watching one of the Japanese originals? They are often also referred to as simply The Grudge 1 and 2.

Part of it is not in english when the Japanese lady is talkign but the rest of the movie was in english.

i saw that movie.......and it WAS in english. maybe you got a different one or maybe the language was changed from english to whatever on the language control but, you can change it back to english. or maybe you got a copy that was all in a different language.
