The government is FAR better at it. They can operate with impunity --in broad daylight. The number of ignorant buffoons, who believe the government is always right, will forever outnumber the thinking people in society.

Of course, the US Govt if we mean they do something against the UN which is considered criminal act. Yet whatever US Govt does, her action is not entirely disapproved by the whole world. That means it all depends whose side you belong. One important aspect is the people in US somehow supported the action carried out by the US Govt. Those who are against could not do much except by staging demonstrations and protests. Yet the act still goes on. For example, check the stories of WWII to see who were the best at organizing crimes. Of course the Govt of aggressive nations.

both torture people. both have guidelines that shouldn't exist. both have administration over the media in a unmarried way or yet another. both are doomed to destruction because of the evil of their approaches. the people lost administration of their authorities/police many years in the past, merely ask the former people. they're going to inform you approaches this u . s . became to shet.
