is there a program i can download for free to fix up and enhance my pictures before i post them on myspace?

like making it black and white and only my eyes are a color..
or everything prettyer like putting text on my pics...

most of them aren't free, but you can get really long trials, like for paint shop pro and other things..go to jasc.com and download a 30 day trial, otherwise, try google-ing it more..
