Yes there are!!! You may object to ANYTHING IN THEM. You MUST recieve a written copy of their policy. You must NOT sign it without a witness (and that can be the office clerk).

Hospitals probably have a copy of them. As a patient, any time you go anywhere, you sign that you receive a copy of 'your' rights, even in an ambulance, they have you sign.
