Where are some good resturaunts to eat at in Downtown Portland? Fastfood,deli,dining resturaunt.

First off never end a sentence with a preposition... Ok LOL now that we have that squared away... Why not start your search for an answer at a major bookstore. Every one of these superstores has a coffee bar chuck full of beverages and sweet snacks/desserts, so it seems.
Best order of business:
1. Find the "LOCAL INTEREST" aisle.
2. Grab a bunch of books on Portland.
3. Pick up something to drink/eat.
4. Peruse the books.
The guide books will tell you the style of cuisine and the pricing that goes with it so that when you finish the meal you aren’t bitten in the butt by the check. Better guides may even recommend actual specialties from the menu.

Even though I don't live there I think that I can give you an answer. Try to find if there is a rating for resturaunts in your city. Most cities have a rating system for the best ones that are called 5 stars. Check with the local paper to see if they have a rating system for resturaunts.
