It is I Love You in sign. The the hand gesture with a fist and your pinkie and thumb out is either a devil worship sign or a rock on sign depending on how it is used.

The index or first finger and pinky finger,smallest finger prolonged and the others curled down is Vulcan or Alien from yet another planet. that's no longer ordinary to do. American sign language it incredibly is the devil. A thumbs up is powerful and a thumbs down is undesirable. once you wave all of them it fairly is hi. once you clap or slap the two palms mutually it fairly is approval. We take that understanding with none attention yet that's no longer taught in English type and persons in different international places don't understand what which skill. they're surprised that we turns into so offended via a standard hand gesture.

I think its suppose to be a little devil, the index/pink are the horns, the thumb its tail.
