I keep trying to get it to work checked the plug and everything and its in it's just being stupid >.< so I was wondering if anyone knew hoe to fix teh stupid thing? oh and the message that pops up is "Sorry, you appear to be behind a firewall and are currently unable to use the Yahoo! Webcam service" So I'm confused on how to get it to work....

Click on Start,click control panel.click security center,click windows firewall. There click on exception tab.Look on list for webcam and messenger and check them,ok.If not on that list click on add program just under the list.Then find webcam and messenger and check them.May have to do one at a time.Then ,ok.Back on first list see if there there.Should be all set.Need more help email me,be glad to help all i can.Good luck.
