My brother's birthday is coming soon and I need ideas about what I possibly buy for him that is under 100 dollars. For the past years, I have gotten him a&f clothes, sport-like clothes, nintendo-ds lite games, speakers, and etc. I really want to get him something special this year. PLEASE HELP :)

Don't know how old your brother is, but if he likes concerts or sports events, you could get a couple of tickets for you both to go to one of those. Or..get him a nice wallet and put some scratch-off lottery tickets in it (assuming he's of age to play the lottery)...if not...put a gift card in it. :)
