well this is a really broad question, i would suggest you look at some of the projection for different positions. i found this site helpfull:
http://games.espn.go.com/flb/tools/projections
and yahoo offers a fairly accurate ranking as well. keeping in mind that you have to budget your players by position.
here are the top 12 players which will go in the first round:
1. Albert Pujols
2. Johan Santana
3. José Reyes
4. Alfonso Soriano

6. Ãlex RodrÃguez
7. Carlos Beltrán
8. David Ortiz
