I mean like finding your
Power Animal. I'm Curious cause my Aunt knows someone who can do that. I want to know what its like and if I'm okay doing it.
I'm 13 and I'm very shy and I'm on medication for depression and anxiety. I just want a little more information on it. And could you could give me some sites that show what each animal represents?

You should follow your heart. If you feel that you want to find your Power Animal, then do it!
If you're shy, depressed, anxious, and medicated... and you think by doing something (find your Power Animal), that it might help you or make you feel better...... then I definitely think it's OK to do it!!! You're actually lucky that you've found something you're interested in learning. Finding your power animal probably is probably more important than a lot of stuff you learn in school.
I don't know anything about power animals, but I'm sure they do exist. I just typed in "power animals" @ Google, and tons of sites came up.

Mental illness and an incomplete understanding of Metaphysical sciences and practices is a bad mix!
Try getting better first... Then seek enlightenment as you can't have one without the other anyway.
Try reading something like A course in Miracles or Something BY Earnest Holmes first.

Good for you!!! Good for you in getting help for your depression. And, shyness isn't forever. Its a comfort zone for now. Enjoy making new friends...it gets easier as you get older.
I've never head of taking a journey through a power animal but I do have obi's. I never understood them until recently and not everyone can do it...which makes it very cool.
