Until they measure the speed of every man on earth, your question is unanswerable. They call the "fastest man on earth" the man who wins the 100 yard dash at the Olympics but it's an obscure title just like the title of Miss Universe or Miss World do not represent the most beautiful women on earth.

The pace of the world record 100-meter dash was about 22.98 mph. Of course you can't sprint for an hour, so,
The pace for the world record half-marathon is 13.34 mph. Since that lasted nearly 59 minutes, you can say the world fastest human half-marathoner literally could run 13.34 miles in one hour.

i would say that the fastest man on earth would go around 15mph that may sound like its slow ..but you try running that fast!! LoL!
