There are companies that will loan you money off of your next paycheck but the rate is often high. Bad credit and needing money fast is usually a symptom of a deeper problem.
Look up "Total Money Makeover" at your local library and see what it takes to break the cycle. Caveat is that I don't agree with everything he says but if you work it, it will work for you.

Probably you need an emergency loan if you for sure do not have other options. You might also consider some credit repair.

You can go talk to your bank and see if they will give you a loan. You will probably have to pay a pretty high interest rate though.
