Im starting work soon and have to wear a long sleeve shirt & tie. Im worried that if i sweat it will show?

How can I get around this? Im thinking i can wear a short sleeve shirt underneath, What do other people do?

A short sleeve t-shirt underneath will usually work. Just make sure that it is white or a solid color similar to the color of the shirt. That way it will blend in instead of looking akward.

thus the standard white business shirt :) the lighter the colour the less likely it will show... but this will also depend on the type of material. the heavier the weave the more likely it will show.

for all that sweating is natural and you shouldn't worry about it. ensure you are clean and if you have a fear of your sweat smelling then use a deodorant .. i think a scent is better though or go and wash during the day. oh yeah singlets are also excellent to aid with absorbing any perspiration and will also help you not sweat in an aircon environment.

I wear a suit to work all day as long as you have an A shirt aka wife beater it better because its thin and it lets your body breath better.Don't forget the cologne and the deodorant

My husband is A gen.Man..he to has to wear long sleve and tie...He say he dont sweat that much...just use lots of deoderant....and as you said wear a t shirt underneath...I think youll be fine...

omg i hate long sleave dress shirts and stuff like that, use a good deoderant and wear a shortsleave under it. also if it gets really bad go dry it off with sum tp in the bathroom maybe... all i know is i hate that stuff! my teacher makes the class wear them durin our lil things we do in churches like playing bells and im like im gonna puke im so hot. and when u can untuck the shirt, it helps also.
